Results from our HVAC work, and what they mean for your office

These are results from our HVAC work, not plumbing results. We show them because each one depended on an office that could answer and book the extra calls, which is exactly what our workshops teach.

The numbers below are results from our HVAC work. They are not plumbing results, and we don't claim they are. We show them because they share one lesson that matters to any plumbing office: more leads only turn into revenue when somebody answers well and books the job.

Every metric here comes from the client named, with a link to their live site. The full list is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page.

CanroHeat.ca: 250% lead growth

CanroHeat.ca saw 250% lead growth. Growth on that scale changes the office before it changes the bank account. Calls that one person once handled comfortably start to overlap, hold times rise, and the booking rate can fall even while lead counts climb.

What transfers to a plumbing office: plan your phone coverage before you increase demand, not after. If you are about to spend more on advertising, run the after-hours and overflow workshop first, so the second and third simultaneous calls have somewhere to go.

BCWide.ca: 3× leads in 90 days

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days. Ninety days is a short window. Most offices can't hire and train new staff that fast, so the existing team has to absorb the growth.

What transfers: the people already on your phones need a shared call flow they can run under pressure. Short, practised steps hold up at triple the volume; a long script does not. The call handling workshop is built for exactly that situation.

HVACDeal.ca: 500+ leads at 12:1 ROI

HVACDeal.ca generated 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI. A ratio like that depends on what happens after the lead arrives. A lead that rings out to voicemail, or hears a price with no explanation, earns nothing.

What transfers: return on marketing is decided partly in the office. Track the share of bookable calls that become booked jobs, and you will see how much of your advertising spend the phone is wasting. Our booking rate guide shows the calculation.

CombiBoiler.ca: 300% ROI and 300+ monthly leads

For CombiBoiler.ca, the numbers were 300% ROI, more than 300 leads a month (300+) and 500+ page-1 rankings on combi-boiler searches. At hundreds of leads a month, small differences in booking rate become large differences in revenue.

What transfers: at volume, consistency matters more than brilliance. A team that books every caller the same careful way will outperform a team with one star and two average performers. That is why we score calls against a shared rubric; see our call scoring guide.

What these results don't show

Being honest about limits is part of reading any case study. These results don't tell you what your booking rate is, what it could become, or how your market compares. They come from heating businesses whose call patterns differ from plumbing in some ways: heating calls cluster around the first cold weeks, while plumbing calls include year-round drain and fixture work along with winter freeze-ups.

They also don't isolate the phone. Each result reflects marketing, websites and operations working together. Our workshops address one piece of that chain, the office, and we measure that piece directly in your business.

How we measure your results

Your own scorecard replaces the case study once we start. Before the first workshop we define a bookable call in writing and record a baseline booking rate. Each week afterwards, we track:

  • bookable calls received
  • bookable calls booked
  • booking rate
  • average call score from a small weekly sample

After four to six weeks you will see whether the number moved, by how much, and which habits drove it. If it didn't move, we will say so and help you find out why. See pricing for how engagements are structured, or call, text or email to talk it through.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have plumbing case studies?

Not yet that we can publish. The results here are from our HVAC work, and we label them that way. We would rather show real HVAC numbers than invent plumbing ones.

Can you promise similar results for us?

No. Every result here belongs to a specific business in a specific market. What transfers is the method: count honestly, fix the call flow, coach weekly.

How will we know if the workshops worked?

Your weekly booking rate will tell you. We set it up before the workshops, so you compare your office against its own starting point rather than against someone else's case study.
