The plans
There are three plans. Each one includes more scope, more channels and more support than the one before.
| Plan | Month-to-month | Billed annually | In plain terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | The core marketing package for a trades company that is already established |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | Marketing across several channels together; Trades.Agency website design packages come at 50% off |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated marketing team, support at the front of the queue, and a website of any package designed and built at no charge |
Nothing locks you in: billing runs month to month and thirty days' notice ends it. Committing for a year is optional and earns the lower monthly figure in the middle column.
What drives the cost
The plan you need depends less on the size of your company and more on how much work sits around the phone. These are the factors that move scope:
- Number of people who answer. Two CSRs fit in one session. Eight need two groups.
- Number of workshops. Most offices take two of the five workshops; some need all five.
- Coaching length. Four weeks of scoring is standard. Busy offices with turnover often keep it going.
- Marketing alongside training. If you also want help generating calls, that work sits in the broader plan.
- Multiple locations. Each office with its own phones adds call reviews and scoring.
How to choose a plan
Start with the problem, not the plan. During the free consultation we will ask how many bookable calls you get a week and what you believe is going wrong. From there:
- If you mainly need the office trained and measured, a smaller plan usually covers it.
- If you want training plus active marketing to bring in more calls, look at the middle plan.
- If you run several crews or locations and want dedicated support, the top plan fits.
We will tell you if a smaller plan would do the job. A plan that costs more than the bookings it recovers is a bad plan.
A quick payback check
Before you spend anything, run this test with your own numbers. Take your bookable calls per month, multiply by the booking-rate lift you think is realistic, then multiply by your average ticket.
For example: 140 bookable calls a month, a lift from 62% to 70% (eight percentage points), and a $410 average ticket. That is about 11 more jobs and roughly $4,600 a month in extra work. Compare that with the plan price plus GST/HST, and with your margin on the work, not just the revenue. The booking rate guide explains the calculation, including the mistakes that make it look better than it is.
We don't promise any particular lift. The point of the check is to see whether the engagement is worth it for your business before you commit.
Sales tax, billing and ownership
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Every invoice adds GST/HST at your province's CRA rate, or GST and QST in Quebec. Everything we create for your team stays with you: the call flow, the desk cards, the scorecard, the rubric and the onboarding plan. If you stop working with us, you keep using all of it.
Next step

Frequently asked questions
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month by month and can stop with 30 days' notice. Annual billing lowers the monthly price if you prefer to commit.
Do you sell a single workshop without a plan?
Ask us. Scope varies with team size and the number of workshops, so we discuss it during the free consultation rather than publish a number we might not hold to.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and plumbing companies add GST/HST for their province, or GST and QST in Quebec.
What is included in the free consultation?
A 30-minute conversation about your office, your call volume and what you think is going wrong. It is separate from the paid plans, and there is no obligation.
